Effective January 1992, there is an additional area code
for New York City -- 917.  Unfortunately, there is no
geographical area that will be exclusively 917 -- it will
just mix in with existing areas now covered by 212 and
718.  There is no really good way for ZIPKEY to handle
this; what I've done is to assign one of the dead-letter
zipcodes (10200) to have the area code 917.  That way,
when you do an area-code search for 917, you'll get
New York.
